Our 14 year Westie had a couple of violent fits so we rang our vets to be redirected to Mount Vets as they did the out of hours cover. The person that I spoke to on the phone was so kind. Unfortunately Annie had to be put to sleep as the vet she saw thought the fits were likely caused by a brain tumour. My partner, who took Annie in to see him said that he was so lovely and kind. I would just like to say if anyone from Mount Vets reads this, thank you so much for kindness and understanding. I cannot express how much this meant to Patrick and I at such an horrendous time. You made the loss of our beloved Annie that little bit easier by your compassion and kindness ❤️

I have recently changed to Mount Vets and have just had my Lurcher castrated by them. The whole experience was first class from the minute we arrived. My Lurcher is quite reactive and they were really kind and made sure that he wasn't stressed. Top class service!

We had an appointment this afternoon for our elderly pug, Mungo, with Michal Kolominski. We’ve been using Mount Farm Vets for a while but recently transferred over to the Small Animal side for our dogs.Michal was absolutely brilliant — he took the time to explain everything in detail and clearly outlined the different options for Mungo’s dental treatment, including the possible risks. He was calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, which made the whole experience really reassuring.I also found out afterwards that Michal performed a spay on my parents’ little dog a couple of weeks ago, and the incision is so neat you can barely even see it.We’ve been really impressed with the level of care and professionalism — highly recommend Michal and the team

Such friendly staff and they look after yu so well. Never affraid to ask the staff questions. Some vets look at you stupid like your supposed to already know the answer. With mounts vets you can call or ask at the appointment. We have a few animals 2 dogs and 2 cats. All different ages and all looked after with care and consideration at Wellington mount vets.

I had to visit Mount Vets on a Sunday, for emergency vet care, wuth my dog. Unfortunately with a sad result for us. The Vet and vet tech we saw were lovely though, very efficient, helpful, compassionate and kind. They made it a very difficult day, a little easier for me. An for that I'm very thankful

I cannot thank the care and treatment my 11 month old cockapoo received, my poor boy was on borrowed time, his immune system had broken down and also Tone Vets who got him admitted. I was kept updated morning and night of the progress my dog was making, he was in the best hands being monitored throughout the night which was a great comfort to me. I now have my darling boy home, but it’s still early days but from the dog I left and the dog I collected I cannot describe my hope and joy. So, a massive thank you to you all, even on admission to the hospital the lovely veterinary nurse could see how upset I was and took me outside to comfort me give me reassurance. You do an amazing job, your true compassion is genuine and I cannot thank you enough. ❤️

This is a truly wonderful practice. Every member of the team is kind and helpful and when I had to have my much loved Chesapeake Bay Retriever put to sleep they gave me time with her in a little private garden to one side of the practice and she was put to sleep with me holding and talking to her. I was then given tine with her body to say my final goodbyes. Our pets are family and it hurts when we have to make decisions that are so right for our pet but difficult for us. This thoughtful compassionate experience meant the world to me. Thank you. I apologise for not writing this sooner.

So glad I changed to the mount. Lovely vets and staff who are there 24hrs a day for your pet. When my cat became poorly they were on the phone for advice and then when he was admitted I had telephone updates. Spent some quality time with him after making the decision to put him to sleep and it was done with respect and kindness for the cat and my family. Cannot praise this vet hospital enough. Thank you so much. Am definitely a forever customer!!

Amazing place,with Amazing stuff members,in Christmas time we put sleep our beloved cat,at that day on reception they tell us if we wonna we can skip today's payment as we loose our cat😭and after time we get card with flower seeds, for memories of our cat,I was tearing my eyes when I get this card.I wonna tell you thank you so much for your support,it was meaning a lot for our family in that hard time to loose our Tofik.

Cannot fault the staff and services here - they were absolutely incredible with our lovely little cat whenever she needed a check up, injection, or operation. We sadly had to put her to sleep last week and the staff were just fantastic, so kind, gentle and thoughtful and we are so grateful for everything they did for us. Couldn't recommend this practice more!! ❤️
